Grassroots (U4-U7)

Our Grassroots Program is a child’s introduction to the game and focuses on creating a fun, engaging, and positive first soccer experience. Designed to welcome children of all abilities and backgrounds, training sessions emphasize enjoyment, movement, ball familiarity, and basic game understanding in a supportive environment that encourages creativity and confidence. Players learn the fundamentals of soccer through age-appropriate training, small-sided games, and festival-style competition. Following Canada Soccer Grassroots principles, the priority is participation, learning, and fostering a love for the game, while helping players build foundational skills for future development into club soccer.

OUTDOOR 2026 SEASON PRICE
(MAY 1 - JULY 31)

• New players in our program will recieve a free Forza grassroots jersey
• No volunteer or fundraising commitments required from families
• All sessions (games + practices) will be held at Delwood School (7315 Delwood Rd)
• Opportunity to add additional sessions every week through Inspire Academy

In alignment with Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards, our Grassroots Program does not host formal tryouts. The program welcomes all players and offers open registration for families. Throughout the season, our Grassroots Director observes players in training and games to support their development and ensures they are placed in the environment that best suits their growth.
